We use primarily EMS (Express Mail Service) which is an international express post delivery.
Shipping cost varies depending on your location and the number of items you purchase within one order. Please use the estimated shipping calculator upon checkout for your item(s) to determine the cost of your shipping.
We ship your orders from various international warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centres in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. Rest assure that they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers' orders.
We will update the tracking number on your order and an email will be sent to you to advise that your tracking information is now available. Please note that the tracking information may appear anytime between 2 to 5 days after you receive your email.
You should see tracking events within 48 - 72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us. (i.e. Once the shipment has left the fulfilment centre of your online shop.)
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to unforseen circumstances such as weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard) or Debit Card. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in Australian Dollar, and our system will automatically convert your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
By default, our products are listed in Australian Dollar. But our system will automatically convert to your local currency when you browse our store. When you checkout at cart, you will be able to see how much in total of your local currency, which then will be converted back to Australian dollar equivalent when you make payment.
Please note that we are only able to make change to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email email@example.com within 24 hours after placing your order.
